Hi,
while i print this report, the values are not being displayed in some buckets but the values are reflected in the total for the customer. Please can anyone help me on this. GP version is 10.0.Please have a look into the screen shot

You have to modify the standard report in Report Writer to add the additional aging buckets. The standard report only shows 4 buckets, even though you have more than that setup in Receivables Mgmt.

How do you have your aging ranges configured in GP? It looks like there are dollar amounts in aging ranges that are not on the report. I believe by default the report is limited in the aging ranges it shows which would account for why you are not seeing some of the dollar figures.
You should be able to modify the report to make sure it is showing all the aging ranges you need.
