The last two days I have a hard time opening the admin Powerplatform pages for several environments. It takes up to 5 minutes to get things loaded.
I had the same issue with Power Platform Admin Center yesterday and my environments is also in Europe. No problems mentioned by Microsoft. Could not get into the admin center at all to manage the environments. Seems to have started around 12pm and lasted almost all day yesterday. Today it seems to work just fine though. I can also mention that the environments I have is both sandbox and production.
Capacity is all OK green (DB, File and log)
There were no updates running during office hours.
Environments are in Europe (Emea)
Today the performance is improved to just slow. (10-15 seconds)
Worth mentioning: the 4 Production CRM's in this particular environment are hardly used yet.
Could it be that Microsoft offloads less used environments to cheaper servers / storage? For instance, I noticed trial environments to be significantly slower.

Can you specify the region where your environments are deployed?
Indeed, the wave 2 2021 is being deployed during this week for some regions.
The deployment of the wave causes some slowdown. However, the five minutes duration seems to me to be huge to load a page.
