Losing Connection with Dynamics several times a day.

Hello,

I'm having this problem for quite sometime, i am the developer for Dynamics in my company (it's not in production yet) i lose the connection with Dynamics several times a day, the page tries to load until i receive an error message like connection timed out.

If I disconnect the Ethernet cable and connect it again i recover the connection.

This happens about 10 times a day, and happens also in times when i'am being active in Dynamics.

I can't find anything wrong with the configurations.

I'm using (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Version 1612 (8.2.2.112) (DB 8.2.2.112) on-premises)

The OS of my computer is windows 7.

I'm using Firefox but the behaviour is the same for chrome and opera.

Any clue, where to search for the problem?

    If other users are not having this issue, and if it's just your machine has this issue, if the interruption is very frequent, it might be worth considering a fresh install of your machine and if possible you could consider upgrading to Win 10 as Win 7 support is ending soon.

    Hi Again Kokulan,

    I tried internet explorer 11 and the problem goes on.

    I tried to ping the server where dynamics is installed and it is reached 4 packets send and 4 received.

    The connection spontaneously recovered after a few minutes.

    We have a lot of bandwidht so that's not the problem.

    Any ideia of what might be happening?

    Have you tried this on IE 11? I would recommend you test on IE 11 and see if you still have the issue

    If you still have the same issue, the next thing would be to check if you are able to login to CRM using browsers from other machines. If you do not have the same connection issue on other machines. then its something on your machine thats would be causing the connection issue.
