Hello Everyone,

I Have requirement in Marketing Campaign to be show below Details When Campaign activity is sent details are as below.

CRM version - 2013

• Was the message delivered successfully
• How many times a recipient opened the message
• How many times they clicked a link in the email
• Did the message bounce
• If the recipient made a spam complaint
• Did the recipient unsubscribe

If anyone know any external solution or Tool pls Suggest me,

Hi Neha,

You could consider implementing Dynamics 365 Marketing. Then you would have the stats you mentioned and many more.

Then you could display these stats, called 'Insights', per customer journey, segment and marketing email.
