Hi All,
I have an Account entity form, in that added contact subgrid with create contact option. On creation of the contact record whole account entity form getting refreshed instead of only contact subgrid.
I'm not sure whether missing any configuration. Please suggest.

I'm facing the same problem and wondering if this behavior is a bug? The reason I'm questing this is a
window.onbeforeunload = function()
and clicking "Stay on page" will (of course) not refresh the page but the subgrid will update with the newly created record as I had expected. So the refresh following the postback seems unnecessary.
You are not missing anything. The reason for this is there is a PostBack that is happening. We experienced this with a massive CRM Portals roll out we did for a client. Here is a link to my blog post on how to overcome information being reset on the parent page when a subgrid item is added.

What I ended up having to do was use session memory with onchagne events for input fields on the parent page. This way on page load values are read from session memory, so the user doesn't lose any input before it is saved to CRM. When using session memory, once the browser is closed, this ends the session and the memory is cleared.
