Photos/Pictures are not shown in the "Dynamics 365 for Phones" App (iOS)

Hi,

we have a lot of Dynamics Contacts with photos but these photos are not shown within the "Dynamics 365 for Phones" App on iPhones.

Instead of the photo, the first letter of the first name and the first letter of the last name appear in the circle next to the name.

Does anyone have any idea why I can not see the photo?

    Hi,

    Would you tell me which app you used in "Dynamics 365 for Phones" and what the version your App on IOS is.

    You can find the version by clicking on the gear button in the bottom left corner and click Session details.

    Check that if you App need update and if the contact photo have been set.

    Does the image not appear even if you log in on another device?

    Hi Eiken,

    I am using

    - Serverversion 9.2.23043.00212

    - App-Version: 13.23041.11.0 (1,1)

    - Clientversion: 1.4.5650-2304.3

    on my iPhone 14 with iOS 16.4.1 (a).

    Other users in my company have the same problem.

    Hi,

    I am afraid that I can't reproduce your problem.

    Please check that if you select the app in correct environment on mobile.

    Make sure that in the same environment with your PC.
