Dynamics Country Field Loads Slowly and Does Not Translate

We use Dynamics forms to our website, allowing users to request pricing, demos, trials, etc. We are having some issues with the loading speed and functionality of the embedded Dynamics forms.

A summary of the issues we are experiencing:

Our country drop down list takes a very long time to load. If a user scrolls instead of typing their country, the country list loads alphabetically from A-Z in segments of 15 countries, and then takes 1-2 seconds to continue loading each new segment. The result is that it takes about 45-60 seconds to scroll down to the United States
Our translated forms do not translate country names within our country drop down.
- This means that if someone is on our German translated site and types in "Deutschland" - it will bring up nothing. They need to type in "Germany" (English).
There are no synonyms accepted for the "United States" if a user chooses to type their country selection.
- USA, US, America, The United States of America - none of these yield any country result for someone filling out a form.
- This issue is larger than just the US, but the US is the most prominent example.
- Also, the US has the added hassle of having to follow up with State selection, making slow loading/glitches even less tolerable for those web visitors.
