    Confirm and check the following
    1) You have the right permissions (Role Based Entitlement Security within the Dataverse)
    2) You have the appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service license
    3) You are trying to access the right environment (it defaults to default, not usually the environment you need)
    4) Your preview has not "expired", you get either 30 or 90 days
    5) Customer Service hub has not been updated/replaced with newer features related to Contact Center

Good morning, afternoon, or evening :) depending on your location!

It looks like you're encountering an error when trying to edit a form in the Customer Service Hub.
Here are a few things to try:

    1. Clear Cache & Try a Different Browser
    • Since you've already tested multiple browsers, try clearing cache and cookies.
    • Open an Incognito/Private window and attempt to access the form again.
    2. Check User Permissions
    • Ensure your user role has the necessary permissions to edit forms.
    • Go to Security Roles > Customer Service Hub and verify that your role has Write and Customize permissions.
    3. Publish All Customizations
    • In Power Platform Admin Center, click Publish All Customizations to ensure recent changes are applied.
    4. Disable Custom Scripts
    • If your form has JavaScript or custom scripts, they might be causing the issue.
    • Try disabling them temporarily and see if the form loads.
    5. Check for System Updates
    • Ensure your Dynamics 365 environment is up to date.
    • Go to Settings > About and check for any pending updates.

    Hope this helps!
