I am getting below error when i try to search a product in quick search, it's happening only with Product
Reference number for administrators or support: #434C19D9
<ErrorCode>-2147217118</ErrorCode> :- Unsupported filter type. Valid values are ‘and’, or ‘or’.
For quick find filter criteria, there is only one :- Flagged for deletion does not equal yes.

It seems like some new bug is introduced recently as others are also facing some issue with the quick find.

I would suggest to reach out to Microsoft Support for confirmation if this is a bug or something specific to your configurations.
