Quick View Form in Unified Interface

Posted on by 155

Just noticed that the Unified Interface Quick view forms for a particular Entity when they contain the Primary field on that Form do not allow drill down using that Primary Field to the Entity record. The drilldowns on the other lookup fields still work fine.

This feature was available earlier. Any idea how we can resolve this issue or is it something that is a feature of the Unified Interface.

    Hi Tina,

Was that helpful. Can you please confirm that this is indeed a Unified Interface limitation and if we can hope to have a resolution for this in near future or a workaround.

    It is grayed out.

The behavior of the Quick View Form in the Legacy application is that it allows drilldown on the Primary field and in the Unified Interface this is just a field with no drilldown.

Any other lookup fields on the Quick View form allow drilldown as usual.

    Hello,

When you mentioned that that the drilldown doesnt work, did you mean the lookup field does not populate any data or on click of the lookup icon doesn't let you click(like it's grayed out)?(if you could share a screenshot with data erased  would be helpful to understand.

    Regards,

    Tina
