authorized customer card hold account

Hi team,

We are using Mic Nav 2017 I have a problem with customer card.

We hold some customer account for certain reasons, but any other users can unhold account and change customer information.

we want to authorise couple of people to play on customer card.

Could you please advise me for it. thanks.

Hi Matt ,

Assign "S&R-CUSTOMER, EDIT" permission set for those user can amend the Customer . For others assign "S&R-CUSTOMER" permission set .
