Hi, we have a email workflow created and the owner who created the workflow left the company and he is deactivated . The workflow is no longer working since then and the emails are not sending out and they are in waiting state.
Is there any way I can make those waiting emails to send out?
Any help is highly appreciated!

unfortunately, you cant modify a process which is running. You have to cancel them, and run it again.
Futhermore, would be good if you can assign all the workflows to CRM Admin to avoid this happening again.
