Hi,

I have created a custom entity called (Shipment) that i'd like to add to RSO.
First, I add the entity correctly, based on this tuto (community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-adding-additional-schedulable-entities), but i can't change the statut of custom entity based on reservation statut.
Second:I can't show my custom entity on the RSO

Thanks a lot.

I think you're talking about Universal Resource Scheduling and not RSO.  You want to use the schedule board I assume and you want the requirements for that entity to appear?  Take a look at this documentation:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/common-scheduler/schedule-anything-with-universal-resource-scheduling

There are links in here on how to configure the schedule board when extending it to other entities.

Let me know if you require anything else.

Let me double-check: You want to enable a custom entity for URS and the Schedule Board, correct (not RSO)? What have you configured to update the custom entity status? For work orders this logic is pre-configured, for your own entity you need to implement this yourselves. And re #2, this is again the Schedule Board: You need the create a view based on Resource Requirement plus the additional fields from your custom entity. Then you go to the board's settings, scroll down to "Requirements Panels" and add your new view.

Alexander is absolutely correctly. You can also create workflows to auto update the status of the requirement and corresponding entity record as it moves through the process. I can provide examples if needed.

Take a look at this post as well if you need examples of how to setup the schedule board.  community.dynamics.com/.../307849
