Ribbon gone missing overnight - Please Help (Urgent!)

Hi - sorry to post here but I need some urgent help with an issue.

We have a customised version of Dynamics 365 and overnight for some reason a ribbon has vanished at the top of our screen. We have a process that generates a PDF and attaches to an email but for some reason at about 11pm last night (GMT) the button to send vanished! It remains in the UAT environment but not PROD. All that is remaining is the ability to add to a Product Knowledge base,

UAT shows it still there (Send etc along the top!)

Any help you can give a struggling customer would be much appreciated as this is causing major issues to the business.

Seems that latest update introduced a validation rule of ribbons caused the problem. Microsoft product team are actively working on it.

Hi Damon,

Check this troubleshooting guide docs.microsoft.com/.../ribbon-issues-button-hidden first to identify the issue. If the issue is indeed urgent, I suggest to raise a support ticket to Microsoft with severity A.
