I need help in accessing D365 Business edition through API from my trail account. I made authentication through AAD. But still its showing unauthorized for my resource. Though i have no option to activate API access in my dashboard.
If API access can't be done on trail account, please assist me to get access to API on D365 Business edition or NAV.

Something to note is that authorization and access to resources through the APIs is based on the security access granted to the user in the application. If the user doesn't have permission to view the data in the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Business edition application, then they will get an unauthorized response when trying to access the resource through the API. So you will want to make sure the user is set up with the appropriate permission sets on the User Card in the application.
Something else you can test if you think it may be an issue with the authentication token through AAD is to try using basic authentication. You can do this using the User Name and Web Service Access Key for the user from the User Card. If that authenticates successfully, then it may be an issue with your token from AAD.
