I am new with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015, I am trying to search the Step by Step configuration, and what is that option for etc.
Anyone have a detailed setup manual?

Becoming a partner / VAR is a totally different story than being a customer... If you plan to become a VAR, you have to enroll in Microsoft Partner program.. Then you'll get all the documentation and training that is required.

Kinda hard getting the Partner... Because i'm new at the business, and they think that i'm no one they should answer to... Hmh... Btw... How can I be partner and get training on that software???

Like Babu said, there is not a single configuration manual for GP, but several and actually as many as you select modules in GP.. And there is much more than just activating some settings, there is also all the business logic and process, which is not covered by the manuals.. Only a partner with a solid knowledge of your industry sector can be helpful.

I would recommend to consult with dynamics partner if you are doing this first time, since this will involve few configuration settings. There is standard step by step guide to cover the whole installation. It's also depend on how is your environment setup.
