Hi when I try to access the Omnichannel for Customer service and connect it to the transfer to agent I get the following message
Can you check the following:
1) You have Omnichannel license, and org is onboarded to Omnichannel? (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/administrator/omnichannel-provision-license)
2) Login to CRM, go to "Processes" and search for "AddBotUser", "GetBotConfiguration", "IsBotUserConfigured" and "DisableBotUser" processes. Make sure these processes are Active, and not in Draft state.
There could be a set of different reasons for this issue, did you create a new Azure AD app for the bot?
