Hello All,
Is there any way to exclude emails that come to and from @domain.com from the CRM? What is happening is that emails that are private from say me and my office colleagues staff are being sent to CRM as activities (maybe because they have User accounts?).But, these have personal information in them and they do not want them to be in the CRM. Is there any way you can exclude emails that are to/from other company's users?Is there an exclusion list, for example?
is it possible in CRM ?
