While we would like to save the snapshot using the service account, it will fail to upload If we choose to save the snapshot to the call chat.
It also failed to send any file (e.g. photos) in the meeting chat.
Though If I use my company account, it could successfully upload the snapshot immediately.
However, when I use the same service account in Teams app, I could send files (e.g. photos) in the same meeting chat.
This feature is quite necessary for our remote work in order that we have to record and capture snapshots as reference or work validation.
And the on-site users would be contractor workers, which are out of our tenant, so that we created service accounts for them to use.
