Go to your Set Personal Options dialog (by clicking on the Settings -> Options on the wheel next to the help button).

Click on the Privacy Tab, and select the option that says:

Never send an error report to Microsoft about Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Click OK, and press CTRL+F5 to refresh browser.

This will prevent sending emails to MS about MS Internal errors.

    No,

sending email directly from the activities link inside CRM. I copied the message from a dialog box that wants to send the error message to Microsoft. So I copied the message out before clicking on send

    Hi,

Sorry, the question is not very clear.

When are you getting the error: When sending email using UI or sending email from code?

Also what are the JS/C# code involved?
