hi there

We are using MS Dynamics 365 Sales.

Is anyone experiencing issue with Date field value disappearing when clicking on Save button?

There was an automatic Microsoft updates installed last weekend 16 July 2023.

Date value disappears when saving the record

Hi HLo PrimeCapital,

What records are you saving when this happens?

If the problem occurs after a new record has been created, it may be caused by the workflow.

If the problem occurs after the save behavior on the same form, it may be caused by the form's Onsave event.

It is also possible that the plugin is not compatible with the new version causing the error,

there are many possibilities and I would like you to provide more information for further research.
