Hi,
I created a queue with an incoming email id. However, when I send an email from my gmail account to that email id, the mailbox associated with that queue is giving an alert:
An error occurred while creating the incoming email "Test Message" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the mailbox Case create on email queue.
The mailbox is set to server side synchronization.
Can anyone help?
