Voice of the customer Account and Contact

Is it possible to set both the associated Contact and Account so my survey response record has the Contact and Account lookup's populated. I currently send a survey to a contact which populates the contact field on the response but is is possible to also set the account since the feedback relates to an training course provided by an account, so when reporting i can see all feedback related to a particular account based on the responses from contacts

    Hi,

    an easy solution is to create a OOTB Workflow which will be triggered on the creation of the feedback. Then you set the account lookup to the related account of the contact.
