Hi People,
Can someone please guide me where I can refer to the list of journals that are being generated in NAV?
For example, If I post a Purchase Invoice, what are the accounting entries?
Where are the accounts are used in posting groups? For example in the customer posting group, there is a service account. How do I check where or which event that is triggering this account?

Hi Selva,
After you post Purchase Invoice the accounting entries are created in the General Ledger and also in the subsidiary ledger like Vendor Ledger, Item Ledger(If item is purchased) etc. To see the related entries go to the posted Invoice and go to Navigate action. Then open related entries. If you want to open all general ledger entries then write General Ledger Entries in the search bar and open.
The service charge account about which you are asking is used when you post a service line.
