Hi, I reached out to the Customer Voice team directly by email for this, but we are noticing a new strange behavior in the Customer Voice UI where surveys that have more than 3 sections keeps adding a new blank section in the very beginning of the survey.Once we refresh the browser and go back to that survey from dashboard, it keeps adding a blank section to the very beginning of such forms.Was there a new release recently? we are noticing multiple issues in our tenant.

We encounter the same problem - each time we close the browser and re-open a CV survey with 5 sections for editing, a blank section is added on top of the rest.
Are there any updates on how to fix this error?
