Can you please help me understand the difference between Past workers and Inactive workers

Hi Subhransup,
The Past worker refers to the process of terminating the employee from the organization, including termination date and termination reason.
It was also added into inactive worker. But the pending worker who has a future assignment date will also in this list.

Yeah..once the preview feature of streamlined employee entry is enabled, there is no concept of different worker forms. Everything is centralised. No concept of inactive worker. You can see Active, exited and pending only.
