I ran the upgrade from GP 8 SP5 to GP 10 SP 5 and all appeared to upgrade fine but when I launch GP 10 and choose a company it says that the database setup is not complete and I need to go to Utilities. All the companies upgraded I even reloaded sample dat

I ran the upgrade and all appeared to upgrade fine but when I launch GP 10 and choose a company it says that the database setup is not complete and I need to go to Utilities. All the companies upgraded I even reloaded sample data and cannot get into the sample company. Ran the upgrade twice both times completed. Removed the on=line services from the dynamics.set but still cannot open a company.
