Stop a resource without deleting it

Hello guys ,

i need your help i am trying to stop a resource in ax 2012 and i don't want to delete it ,

i don't want anyone to be able to create a work order with this resource on it .

Hi,

As Andre said, there are no such standard features in the system, and you can customize the way to meet your needs. You can add a status field to mark whether the resource has been stopped.

Hi Community member,

The resources do not have a status field. You can consider a customization to add a status and additional validations when entering work orders.
