    Hello,

Navigate to Adxstudio installed folder path and manually register the below mentioned dll

    or

Import the solution by keeping only this plugin in the solution

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adxstudio\XrmPortals\7.0.0020\Customizations\Components\AdxstudioPortalsBase.zip\PluginAssemblies\AdxstudioXrmWorkflowAssignWebRole-3B0E4F2B-B8A3-43CB-84CB-97F48C8D3486

Hope it works. If not, you might need to raise a ticket with Microsoft to get this resolved.

    Cheers

    Arpit

Did you have any other version of portals installed previously?  I have only seen this error when someone already has our online portals (version 8) installed then attempts to install the older legacy Adxstudio version 7 portals on top.  This is not possible and is not supported.

Looks like your trial environment got messed up.

You could also try to follow this guide:

    community.adxstudio.com/.../quick-start

and use the installer to setup main required components.

AdxStudio Portals Basic Portal version 1.0.0008 Melvin, even I have tried with other portal solution but still the same Melvin. When I am importing the solution part, adxstudio portal dependencies are  importing perfectly, but when importing adxstudio portal base, it got an error and stopped

Can you try to install the solution one by one?

Which solution you are installing when you got the error?

Could it be someone accidentally delete some plugins??

Do you use the ADX installer solution for the installation? I guess all the prerequisite will be handled properly.

When did you hit into the error?
