It is possible to get the customer master table values(Rm00101) in Mangement Reporter?

Management reports retrieves the financial data only, including GL Accounts and Analytical Accounting dimensions. A work around solution would be to create a dimension called "Customers" including the various customers as dimension codes.
No, you can't do this, but at the transaction level of the report you can set columns as ATTR (Attribute) columns.
This then allows you to pick the attributes to pull through which can include fields such as the Document Number, Master ID (Customer Number) and Master Name (Customer Number).
There are a few more such fields which will pull information from RM, or PM, and can also be used in the columns Attribute Filter.

You can create a refreshable excel report using the above table and design what ever way you want and make it refresh automatically on the properties.
