unfortunately, you need to open workflow to see which user has configured.

We have multiple workflows which most of them are configured to send emails to users. There are instances where users complaints about not receiving email. Therefore we need to go to every workflow to find what workflows are configured for that user which becomes tedious. i want to explore something where i could find the information without all this something like advance search or power automate.

Hi Sip,
If what you mean is that you want to know who receive email by workflow.
You can go Settings > System Job to click workflow to see details.
Or if your ideas is different,could you provide more detailed information?
