Any one can help me on how to start integration between my MS Dynamic CRM solution (on-premises) and Microsoft Social Engagement, starting from download Microsoft Social Engagement solution, integration, what i should do and what subscription i need for me before i install it on the client site.

Actually I am trying to do this integration with online CRM instance and having below licenses with System Admin role
Licenses
Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise Edition
PowerApps for Dynamics 365
Flow for Dynamics 365
Microsoft Social Engagement Enterprise
Office Online
SharePoint Online (Plan 2)
Project Online Service
Project Online Desktop Client
Dynamics 365 P1
Issue:
Below screen doesn't allow me to select anything rather than 'None', hence I am unable to configure it.
Quick response is much appreciated. Kindly let me know if you need any further information.

You will need licenses for both CRM and Social Engagement - www.microsoft.com/.../crm-social-purchase.aspx
