Hi, for item adjustments, the Item Ledger Entry table doesn't have any reverse function built in. You would just create an Item Journal that is the opposite quantity of the item ledger entry. You can then apply that item journal to the item ledger entry as needed:
If you have an actualy document such as a purchase invoice, receipt or equivalent sales document you can always just reverse those documents instead from their respective pages.
