Creating New Worker Versions

Hello All,

I am new to D365 HR module with no Ax background .
Kidnly please help me in creating New Worker Versions,
Also kindly let me know why should we create this and where it can be used.

    Hello!

    If you are new, a good starting point will be: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/human-resources/hr-hrpro-overview
    This will give you a good overview of the system and how to process all items.

    When you mention New Worker Versions, do you mean hiring a person into the system?

    If so, you can start on the workspace Personnel Management:

    Please keep in mind that depending on your scenario, requierments and setup some variations could exist. In addition some setup is relevant:

    1. Starting point with ATS integration (then employee should become visible as 'candidate to hire' (based on custom integrations);
    2. Use of personnel actions yes/no?
    3. Do you have a position available yes/no?

    Etc.
