Hi everyone!
I have a question regarding the operation of the "Hard bounce suppression" list.
I have some contacts that are in this list with dates over 200 days and had their main emails corrected by users (in most cases the emails had faults by misspelling).
Thank you
Hi brunofeliped,
1.
When an address returns a hard bounce, Dynamics 365 will automatically stop sending new messages to that address for six months, but your email results will still show each attempt as a hard bounce.
Email address lasts for six months from the time it enters the list.
2.
There is no need to delete it manually:
Hello!
Once a Contact has a hard bounce insight tagged against their record, they will remain on your segment indefinitely.
Two possible solutions for you:
1. Create a new contact and use merge duplicates, keeping the new record as the master
2. Exclude the contacts who have had their email addresses updated from the hard bounce segment
Hope this helps
Kind regards
Deborah
