We upgraded from Solomon 5.5 to Dynamics 7.0. When I open and existing service call in the service call entry screen (SD.200.00) the fields 'Attention' and 'Telephone Nbr' are not pulling the correct information. The Telephone Nbr field is putting in the first letter of the City field and the Attention field is adding white space the beginning.
I looked at the field names. They are coming from something called bqueryinfo.phone and so on.
Has anyone seen this before?
Any insight?
