Dynamics doesn't count every click in an email

Hello,
 
We found that there are huge differences between clicks in outbound marketing emails and the amount of traffic on our website from the links we use in the emails. We're afraid Dynamics may not count every click. Is there a way of fixing that?

    Based on Microsoft documentation: 
    Each reported email click indicates that a contact clicked on a link sent to them in a marketing email.
