Issue forwarding emails in CRM

Hi,

I have a issue with forwarding emails in CRM, i get the error, this message has not been submitted yet. Is it a option somewhere needs to be adjusted, so i can forward emails in CRM?

And i also often get the error, the message has not been yet submitted for delivery, any ideas?

    The From mailbox has been configured correctly? Could you also share screenshots please? No need to share the email content just where the error message is displayed.
