Imagine a scenario where up to 4000 Power Apps Portal users log Time Entries, using the portal with a Dynamics 365 Project Operations back-end (i.e. they use it as a timesheet entry portal).
Power Apps Portal users are licensed via an authenticated user Portal license tier.
Does anyone know if these Portal users also need a Team Member license in order to be able to create/update/delete these Time Entry records via the Power Apps portal?
The Power Apps Portal would interact with the Dataverse using a SYSTEM account. As the portal user is licensed as an authenticated Portal user license, it may be that they do not need a Team Member license as well to create Time Entries via the Portal. Anyone know if that is the case?

As per my knowledge If all the users are logging in through their personal login id and posting time entries than time entries are going to be logged in the database from their id only as backend is dataverse (i.e. Project Operations)
So you might required the same number of license as users (i.e. in your case 4000).
