Imagine a scenario where up to 4000 Power Apps Portal users log Time Entries, using the portal with a Dynamics 365 Project Operations back-end (i.e. they use it as a timesheet entry portal).
Power Apps Portal users are licensed via an authenticated user Portal license tier.
Does anyone know if these Portal users also need a Team Member license in order to be able to create/update/delete these Time Entry records via the Power Apps portal?
