NAV 2013 R2

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Does anyone know how to make a report of the run rate of products for a period

and how to make report what has been too long in stock

I just need to clean up our stock so we do not have too much stock of what we do not sell much of and need to buy what we sell more of for stock...

I tried running the Item Turnover report but got an error: "Specify a filter for the Date Filter field in the Item table."  Have no idea what that means.

The  Over Stock report has been running for a while...just finished, not too bad, 5 minutes, no run rates, or much of anything really...

You may find the Item Turnover report or OverStock report useful.

There is no such a report available in the system, as Suresh mention you can use the top inventory items report to get the required output. But you might need to modify it to get the entire item list.

What you can do is, save the report under different name and change the code accordingly.

There is few other ways to do it, Let us know if above method did not work out.

please save as top inventory item object with different name  and modified the report as you required for run rate.

I need just the run rate of all items... not only top 10...

for example a period of 3 month or 14 days etc etc...

I just want to add my minimum stock for the items so I can have a good flow of stock and try to get rid of items not moving...

it is that i want to sort by profit also and how many pcs I need to order if i want to keep a healthy stock.

    Regards
