How Dynamics 365 Business Central support https data encryption between client and web application servers?

    D365BC is all web client (SaaS) and you don't have access to the backend. Data transfer encryption is managed by Microsoft.

    If you instead mean encryption between D365Bc and a custom application, here is explained:
