Is there a way to get a report of what a customer was charged off?

Hi Larry,
There is another thing you might want to consider when looking for Write off amounts. Depending on how you charged them off, this option might work for you. If you used the write-off field on the Apply window, or used the Write-off routine, that amount is recorded in the WROFAMT in the RM20101 table. Once the RM trx is moved to history, you'll find it in the WROFAMT field of the RM30101 table.
If you're just looking for a total, you can get YTD, LTD and Last Year write off amounts from the RM00103 table. The field names are TWROFYTD, TWROFLTD & TWROFLYR.
The History report in RM gets its GL account number from the RM distribution table. These values are the numbers that were presented to the GL in the journal entry sent up from the sub-ledger. If the account number was changed before it posted to the GL, it will not be properly presented on the RM History report.
You can easily get the write-off amount by document in SmartList.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Leslie
On the Account History by Transaction Report, you could change the Write Off Account, which will return all the account distribution for all the customers.
Otherwise, Choose a specific Customer, and it will provide you with all the account distribution history including the Write off Account.
Reports > Sales > History > Account History by Transaction
