This looks like a customized Factbox. The standard one only has Lot Numbers by Bin, but no Lot Numbers by Item. Please contact your partner to resolve this issue.

This is a strange error. Do you have any customizations that touch the item ledger entries? Or did someone perhaps even delete some entries?
