3rd Party Accounts Payable Add-on for GP

Any recommendations for a Microsoft GP Accounts Payable add-on that would allow for recording invoices as prepaids (then expense these invoices either over a designated period of time or at a specific date)?

Hi Victoria,

Thanks for the feedback.

The Deferred Revenue and Expense module would handle this except for our intercompany requirements. If we implemented the Deferred Revenue and Expense module, we would have to create manual intercompany transactions as needed.

We are using an add-on product, MC2, to handle our intercompany needs.

Samantha,

No need for an add-on - take a look at the Revenue & Expense Deferrals module. It's perfect for exactly this purpose.
