I noticed that you can now attach a work hour template to an account in the Field Service Tab. Does anyone know whether this is considered by any other functionality such as the schedule board?
I don't see anything on the Account for Work Hours. Are you speaking about Work Hours for an Bookable Resource where the Type = Account? What version of FS are you running?
Scott - Hi. I haven't figured out how to attach a screenshot, but it's definitely there on the Field Service Tab of Account. It's there in Field Service 8.7.0.105 but I haven't seen it before.
