Steps to use CRM WEBAPI and Click Dimension API together

Hello Everyone,
I have a query regarding an issue: For our current website we use Clickdimension to create and embedd forms which are based on iframes and they are linked with Microsoft CRM. When somebody fills the form it creates a Contact in CRM. For our new website we do not want to use Clickdimension iframes so I am trying to find a alternate solution how we can utilize Clickdimension forms in our new website.

Is it possible to use a combination of CRM WEBAPI and Clickdimension API? If yes could you please share the steps or logic how it can be done.
