Hi,

Where can I setup the questions we got in Business Central. Like opening the invoice after posting we never do, so I want to delete the question. Please see below some examples:

Managing questions for booking in business central

The first can't be hidden out of the box as its driven by a user's posting policy (Define an invoice posting policy for users - Business Central | Microsoft Learn). I would also not hide it in case some one clicks post by accident, the system displays the message for a reason.

The second message can be hidden in the My Notifications Page by unselecting 'Confirm after posting documents'
