I have a inventory transactions that are referring to a production order, but the production order itself can't be found in the ALL Production orders, any idea what might have happened,

is there some kind of reversal that makes the production order disappear?

Which D365 product are you using? Finance and Operations? (It would be better to ask in a specific forum, rather then this general one.)
