I wanted to check what are the possible options for customization in attract. Also what are the entities available for attract in CDS 2.0?

    Hi Zeeshan,

I hope this is of assistance:

The above article doesnt have details for attract. Attract cannot be customized like Talent and there is very limited documentation for Attract extension using power apps. The basic scenario states to modify the screens for Attract like adding removing fields from UI.

    HI Zeeshan,

all entities from Attract are available in CDS, since Attract is a Powerapps application (sort of...). For the moment, unfortunately, you cannot customize Attract, Offer Management or Onboard. (they have their entities and data available in CDS). Probably this will change in October 2019...but there is no clear guidance for this.

If you need to capture additional data during the recruitment process, the recommended way is Microsoft Forms Pro.

All entities with msdyn_ prefix are from Attract, Onboard, or Offer Management

please see below just an example, but there are more than what I could include in a screenshot.

    Hi there Nicu,

Do you have any resources which state that for the moment, we cannot customize Attract?

Thank you so much in advance.

    Hi L,

this is a very good question. I know this both theoretically and empirically :)) but I can also send you this link, with what can be done:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../extensibility-attract

more, if you go in PowerApps (the only place where you can customize Attract), all the entities are blocked from Publishing. this button is disabled for forms, views, new fields, etc.

    best regards,

    Nicu

There is no customization option available for Attract. The only option is power apps which in turn cant be added on regular forms in Attract like that in talent.

Actually no. While for CoreHR entities you can customize forms, add fields (in PowerApps) change views, for Attract, Onboard and Offer management you cannot do that (yet). You can only see them and use them in Power BI or other integration processes.

it will come, but it's not there yet!
