Mekorma errors - Tables are not ready - build is not compatible with company database

You'll have to forgive my ignorance. I am a help desk technician and I don't use GP or Mekorma. We have GP 2018 and Mekorma build MICR2018b078. We have some of our computers running fine with no errors, however we are replacing several of them. Each one has Windows 10 1909 installed with a fresh installation of GP and Mekorma. Each new one is generating these two errors. As I said I don't use the program so I am not familiar with the the specifics of the program but need to find a resolution. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to find the installation files for Mekorma and install this version on these computers. What currently here is an older version than what is on your server. Workstations must have the same versions of all third party add ons.
